In the past 42 years, we have built our business on cooking the best barbecue in the Hill Country. Joe and Dee Marino bought Bill’s BBQ from Bill Lowry, and adopted many of his special, time-tested methods. Dee and Mary Dowdy operated Bill’s BBQ from 1982 to 2005. During their tenure, Bill’s became a landmark in Texas barbecue.
